1 Devil's Food cake mix
3/4 cup shortening
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
Mix together and roll into balls. Bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes. Chill, then add filling:
1/2 lb. powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. margarine
4 oz. cream cheese
Mix well, then spread between two chilled cookies. Keep refrigerated.
