10 lbs. salt
16 oz. black pepper
20 oz. granulated onion
5 oz. celery salt
1 1/4 oz ground cumin
24 oz. New Mexico mild red chili powder
2 oz. sweet basil
24 oz. granulated garlic
4 1/2 oz. parsley flakes (blend until fine)
1 1/4 oz. coriander
Mix together and store in airtight containers. Turn (or shake) container to mix before using.
