Homemade Laundry Soap -Becky

1/3 bar Fels Naptha, or other type of soap (I use Zote)
1/2 cup washing soda
1/2 cup borax powder
1/2 cup oxy clean

You will need a small bucket, about 2 gallon size. (I reuse my old laundry soap bucket.) Grate the soap and put it in a large pot. Add 6 cups water and heat until the soap melts. Add the washing soda, borax, and oxy clean; stir until dissolved. remove from heat. Pour 4 cups hot water into the bucket. Now add soap mixture and stir. Add 1 gallon + 6 cups water and stir. Let the soap sit for 24 hours and it will gel. Use 1/2 cup per load.
