Coconut Pecan Icing -Chelsea

Combine:
1 cup evaporated milk
3 egg yolks
1 cup sugar
1 cube butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook until thickened. Add 1 1/3 cups coconut and 1 cup chopped nuts; beat until thick enough to spread. Makes 2 2/3 cups.
