Stay-Soft Chocolate Frosting -Chelsea

1/4 cup cocoa powder
3/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 cup milk
1 tsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Blend cocoa, cornstarch, and sugar. Add milk and cook slowly until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; add vanilla and butter. Cool slightly and frost cake.
