Beef Stroganoff -Amy

1 lb. round steak, cut into strips
1 onion, chopped
chopped mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pint sour cream

Brown steak strips in skillet. Saute onion and mushrooms. Add soup and sour cream; simmer. Serve over rice or noodles.
