Honey Barbeque Meat Loaf -Regina

1 tsp. beef bouillon
1 Tbsp. hot water
1 egg
1/2 cup quick-oats
1/3 cup honey barbeque sauce
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1 lb. ground beef

In a large bowl dissolve bouillon in water. Stir in remaining ingredients. Add beef and mix well. Press into an ungreased loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Top with ketchup and bake 5-10 minutes longer.
