Cream of Wheat Muffins -Katy

1 1/4 cups flour
3/4 cup cream of wheat (dry)
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 cup milk
3/4 cup oil
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 400°. Combine ingredients and fill greased muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
