1 lb. bacon
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen sweet peas
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup diced green onions
mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. sugar
Cook bacon until crisp. Thaw frozen peas. Layer salad from bottom up; carrots, celery, green onions, and peas. Seal with mayonnaise. Sprinkle sugar over mayonnaise, then crumble bacon on top.
