Pasta Salad -Amy

1 lb. cooked pasta (I like bowtie or rotini, but whatever)
cucumber, peeled and chopped
tomatoes
mushroom
marinated artichoke hearts (don't you dare drain 'em!)
black olives
green onion
red or green bell pepper
carrots
broccoli
Bernstein's Cheesy Italian dressing, or your favorite Italian dressing
salt and pepper

Chop vegetables and toss all ingredients together. Season to taste. Sometimes I stir in a little mayonnaise as well.
