Summer Salad -Regina

6 medium tomatoes, diced
1 cucumber, diced
1 cup diced red onion
2 (7 oz.) mozzarella balls, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/2 tsp. dried tarragon leaves
1 cup italian salad dressing
1/2 tsp. salt
pepper
1/4 cup fresh basil and parsley

Combine ingredients in large bowl and toss well. Cover and chill. Add salt and pepper before serving. Basil and parsley are optional.
