Sweet Potatoes with Orange Glaze -Amy

1 cup orange juice
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup white sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. butter
salt and pepper, to taste
3-4 cooked yams

Peel and slice cooked yams and put into baking dish. In a saucepan, combine cornstarch with sugars, salt, and pepper. Add orange juice and butter, and cook until thickened. Pour over sliced yams. Top with miniature marshmallows and bake until heated through. If your yams are cold you may want to bake first and then top with marshmallows right at the end.
