Apple Chicken Salad -Katy

4-6 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
1 small can crushed pineapple (reserve juice)
4 medium green apples, peeled and chopped
4 stalks celery, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
salt and pepper

Chop the apple first, then put the chunks in the pineapple juice to prevent browning. Prepare remaining ingredients and toss together.
