Chicken Noodle Soup -Allison

Easiest.... most yummy chicken noodle soup! MUST use the FROZEN "homemade" noodles to really appreciate it!

1 whole rotisserie chicken
8-10 cups chicken broth
1 bay leaf
1 tsp. dried crushed thyme
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
chopped fresh rosemary (optional)
6 oz. noodles

Pull off all the meat from the rotisserie chicken, then boil the carcass to get some broth and the rest of the meat. Chop it up and put in soup. Add everything except the noodles. Cook until tender, add noodles and follow package directions. Discard bay leaf and serve.
