fresh diced tomatoes (lots)
a couple bunches of green onions, chopped
shredded cheese
oil
garlic and seasoning
Use surgical gloves when chopping jalapenos. Cook diced jalapenos in oil until soft. Add garlic and other seasonings (optional). add tomatoes and onions; cook until soft. Turn down heat to very low and fold in shredded cheese. Serve hot with chips.
This is not a "chili-hot" sauce; it will surprise you. If you use canned tomatoes with juice it can be a yummy soup served with flour tortillas.
