Spinach Dip -Chelsea

2 boxes frozen chopped spinach, cooked, drained and squeezed
1 Tbsp. diced jalapeno peppers
3-4 tomatoes
2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
1 can chopped olives
1 1/2 cups jack cheese
1 cup half & half

Saute the jalapenos and tomatoes with vegetable oil until limp. Add in remaining ingredients and mix until smooth. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
