Cranberry Salsa -Chelsea


12 oz. package cranberries, finely chopped but not mushy
1/4 cup cilantro
4 green onions
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. grated fresh ginger
2 Tbsp. lemon or lime juice

Mix well and let sit for a couple of hours. If it still tastes really tart it might need 1/2 cup sugar.
