6 zucchini squash
4 large onions
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 cup salt
ice water
3 cups sugar
2 1/2 cups vinegar
1 cup water
2 Tbsp. turmeric
2 tsp. celery seed
Put zucchini, peppers, and onion in food processor. Cover with ice water and salt. Let sit for one hour. Drain, rinse, and set aside. Boil sugar, vinegar, water, turmeric, and celery seed; add vegetable mixture. Cook 10-15 minutes. Put into bottles while still hot. Boil lids and seal.
