Ginger Glazed Carrots -Amy

1 bag baby carrots
1/2 cube butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
dash of salt
several sprinkles of ginger
parsley

Steam the carrots in the microwave until almost cooked. In a large frying pan melt together the rest of the ingredients. Add the drained carrots, brown them, and serve.
