1 1/2 Tbsp. yeast
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 1/2 cups flour
1 stick butter, divided
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
1 tsp. garlic salt
parsley flakes
Dissolve water, yeast, and sugar. Add in salt and flour and knead for 3 minutes. Let rise for 20 minutes. Meanwhile mix together 1/4 cup softened butter and mayonnaise, cheese, and garlic salt. Spread the remaining 1/4 cup melted butter in a 9x13 pan. Push the dough into the pan and spread with seasoning mixture; sprinkle with parsley flakes. Score with a pizza cutter and let rise for 20 minutes more. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. To make thinner breadsticks use a cookie sheet, and double the topping.
