The Best Breadsticks Ever! -Amber

1 Tbsp. yeast
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 cups warm water
1 tsp. salt
3-3 1/2 cups flour

Mix together the yeast, sugar, and water. Add the salt and flour and mix into a dough. Let rise for one hour. Roll, cut, and twist into breadsticks. Melt 3/4 cube butter or margarine on a cookie sheet. Roll the breadsticks in the melted butter. Sprinkle with garlic salt, parmesan cheese, and parsley flakes. Let rise again for 30 minutes. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
