2 quarts water
2 medium onions, chopped
2 stalks celery, sliced
1/2 cup dried veggie soup mix
1 tsp. dried dill
3 carrots, sliced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
2 veggie bouillon cubes
Soak beans and water in crock-pot overnight. In the morning, add the remaining ingredients. Cook until done. Add salt and pepper to taste.
