2 stalks celery, chopped
2 medium carrots, diced
1 small onion, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 cups water
2 Tbsp. flour
2 cups milk
2 Tbsp. butter
In saucepan combine potatoes, celery, carrots, onion, salt, pepper, and water. Cook covered about 20 minutes until tender. Combine flour with small amount of milk until smooth. Add to potato mixture with remaining milk and butter. Cook over medium heat until mixture boils.
