1 large onion, diced
2 large carrots, peeled and sliced
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup chopped ham
4 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
salt and pepper
2 cups milk
Cover the potatoes, onion, and carrots with just enough water. Cook until tender. In a separate pan, melt together the butter and flour. Whisk in milk and season with salt and pepper. Stir the white sauce, peas, and ham into the potato mixture and heat through.
