No Fuss Potato Soup -Regina

6 cups cubed and peeled potatoes
5 cups water
2 cups chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup thinly sliced carrots
1/4 cup butter
4 Tbsp. chicken bouillon
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 tsp. parsley

Add ingredients to a slow cooker. Cook on high for 5 hours, or until tender. Add milk and serve.
