Spanish Rice -Jane

1 cup uncooked rice
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. salt

Saute ingredients together in 3 Tbsp. of oil. Stir in the following:

1 3/4 cups water
2/3 cup salsa
1 1/2 tsp. chicken bouillon
1/2 cup corn

Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Top with black olives and green onions.
