1 cup rice
salt, pepper, garlic salt
olive oil
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 can chicken broth
Saute the onion, rice, and seasonings in olive oil until toasty. Add the tomato sauce and chicken broth (you can substitute 2 cups water and a chicken bouillon cube). Bring to a boil, lower heat, and simmer for 15-20 minutes, covered, until cooked. So good!
