Baba Ganoosh-ish-skee! -Sarah

Eggplant
lemon juice
sesame oil
salt

Roast eggplant over an open flame. Peel off skin under water- rinse it off good. Mash with a potato masher. Add lemon juice to taste, and a very small amount of sesame oil. You can always add more, but you can't take it away! Salt. Eat with pita bread. Mmmmmmm doggie!
