Chicken Salad -Amy

4-6 chicken breasts
1 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup diced onion
1 cup purple grapes, halved
1/2 cup pine nuts
mayonnaise to taste
salt and pepper to taste

Boil chicken breasts and dice meat. Add other ingredients, stirring in enough mayonnaise to moisten (NOT miracle whip). Add salt and pepper to taste. Great on sandwiches or served with crackers.
