1 large lemon jell-o
1 large can crushed pineapple, refrigerated
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
1 container cool whip
Dissolve jell-o in 2 cups hot water. Mash in the cream cheese. Add 2 more cups water and let it set for a while. Add cold pineapple, including juice, then fold in cool whip. Refrigerate until set.
