1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup oil
6 cups whole wheat flour
2 Tbsp. yeast
2 Tbsp. dough enhancer
2 Tbsp. gluten
2 Tbsp. salt
Mix ingredients together and then gradually add more whole wheat flour until desired consistency is achieved- I usually put in another 14-16 cups. Knead with machine for several minutes. Pat out dough into a rectangle on a greased countertop. Cut into four equal portions using a pizza cutter. Shape into loaves and place into greased loaf pans. Let rise. Bake at 350° for 45-55 minutes. Remove from pans and butter tops.
